We generate leads for different companies in the U.S and it has really help us keep track of alot of things with agents as far as keeping track of every lead that goes into the system. I give them 2 thumbs up, great work on the software, im sure there is going to be more updates to come, looking to continue working with you guys for a long time!
Pros: It was our 3rd or 4th attempt to use a dialing software to make our calls in the business line we are in, I had tried others for being cheaper but so were their results, i like the features the program has to track everything from agent logins,wrap-up times,breaks, lunches, and much more. Also the speed of the dialer is a plus, very good! Its all you need to run a callcenter and get agents taking calls. I should have started here long ago.

I've worked with a lot of different dialers. This is hands down my favorite. This platform is easy to use, intuitive and offers lots of useful reports. It saves a substantial amount of time over other dialers for integrating with 3rd party lead and call campaigns as well as your own call campaigns. It also makes it easy to monitor, separate, and track employee productivity. It is a little expensive for a small company but perhaps one of the best values in the industry. Also customer service is awesome, there's a representative that has consistently helped me with learning the dialer and resolving any issues promptly and I can say help me help my company succeed.
I love how easy this platform is to integrate for 3rd party lead posting, how easy it is to purchase and replace DIDs, and I love how easy it is to create and Inbound IVR. They also have lots of reporting options.
Our relationship with ReadyMode has been great. It immediately impacted our business in a positive way and continues to be our preferred auto dialer. We love ReadyMode and the best part is that it is cheaper than our telephone provider was.
This company's services have helped us to expand our telephone department in a real way. I have not come across a better CRM/dialer specifically for telemarketing. It enables us to compile real results from our different lead sources in a snap and eliminates wasted time calling numbers that are disconnected and prioritize non pick ups properly to maximize our time on the phone with clients, monitor employees results, and call back opportunities. Great CRM dialer platform that can be customized to how you do business. Tech support is great, and they offer a portal to all their customers that allows you to make "Feature Requests" to the dialer for developers to review, and if viable for the system, will get developed. They listen to their customers, which is a big reason why I love this dialer. They are very affordable and easy to work with in all aspects of the company. All in all, a great platform, supported by a ton of great people!
I'm writing this review because I'm extremely thankful for the service provided by Shannen. When we first got started we were overwhelmed. Shannen made it a priority to explain how everything worked and took the time out to learn more about our business so that she could help tailor the software to our specific needs. We truly do appreciate Shannen and ReadyMode.

Answers were clear. However, time of reply seems to have been longer than desired. But that may be because they are trying to give an accurate and clear answer.
I have used FiveNine and Ytel also but ReadyMode is the best. Where should I start. Loading leads is easy, tracking the statistics of your agents is easy, making new agents is easy its all user fiendly.

It has a bit of a learning curve but their support staff is excellent and readily available for help. I highly recommend ReadyMode for your marketing needs.
I have been with ReadyMode for an extended time & have tried other auto-dialers as well. They are by far the best, extremely efficient, user friendly & have referred many others who feel the same. The people that work there are great as well, always willing to help & very friendly.
Much better than manual dialing. My assigned specialist, Matthew Seagle, has been very quick to respond to questions/issues. Functionality is good. The user interface could look better and be easier to navigate, especially for the manager account. They supply several videos with instructions for various things, but I think it would be better to just make it easier, more intuitive, in the first place. My agents like it. Much easier for me to manage callbacks, etc, when an agent is terminated or leaves. That's about it...it's worth the money.
I am just getting started with ReadyMode and can tell you as someone who has NO experience with a dialer that these people are Amazing. They actually answer the phone when you call them ! Being as I needed extra, extra help they were and still are with me every step of the way. Their willingness to ensure your experience is a positive one is unique in today's world and I am grateful to found them. Thank you ReadyMode !!!

Ease of building calling areas! Uploading leads quickly! Buying DID's in the crm ! Sending out emails // texts to clients in the portal. The IVR, Setting up phone #'s that have exclusvie ring groups. Being able to assign exclusive agent extensions, omitting information as needed.Giving access and taking away access on certain portions of apps. Agent monitoring features as well as agent to agent listening features., being able to forward voicemails from person to person. instant messenger in the application. being able to BROADCAST things to your entire sales team from your screen. Transferring calls from person to person. Call recordings being easily downloadable. Making scripts and selecting who can view what. Selecting who can call what. Making exclusive list. Being able to call one area heavier than the next. Being able to look at property value year of home how many bed and bath in the app. SO MANY fantastic features.love the floor maps easy to identify my old team members from the new ones with simple changing of the floor map person shape
ReadyMode call really hits the sweet spot when you consider call volume per cost. It's not as slick as Connect and Sell or Monster Connect for outbound calling -- but it's FAR more affordable and can serve as a learning platform or low-budget solution. Frankly, with 5+ callers the predictive dialing tool should keep you very busy with no downtime. If you only have one or two callers it's less efficient becuase it won't dial while you are actually connected.
It has a lot of powerful features such as predictive dialing that will minimize your wait time and connect more calls faster (essentially dialing probabilistically in parallel and adjusting to hit a small abandonment rate like 2% or so). Manager features are strong and it's better than most small tools at supervising sales performance. Many features, such as auto call recording, are all standard in the basic offering.

The best part about ReadyMode is the ease of use for the managers and the dialers. The interface is extremely simple and easy to navigate for new users.
Customer Support is very polite and respond quickly. Many issues was able to fixed because of them!

I've been using them for about 6 months now and I've been very happy with the quality of their service and the response time of their Customer Care unit. I switched from Five9 and I instantly saved money while capturing more profits within my call center. Productivity per minute is everything for us and I've been able to customize solutions that fit our needs with ReadyMode.

ReadyMode is a great tool. Very comprehensive. So many things you can do with it. An excellent Predictive Dialer built into a great CRM system. Best of all the tech support is excellent. They are attentive and quickly zero in on what's needed.

Comments: Initially I had never heard of them and was already exposed to safe solutions and five9 and the pros and cons to both( Which incidentally for me their cons far outweighed their pros).
Then after setting up for the free trial and getting acclimated to the different processes, I ran into call quality issues so i called their support desk. The person that answered the phone name, Dade, was phenomenal. Not only did he fix that issue but also with my permission, had removed some of the bugs he discovered. This was a lengthy process but none the less it was completed. That sold me, because all to often the help desk is an outsourced company that is hard to understand and quick to say the problem is "on our end & not their end ", so they can't assist us with a resolution. Smartly packaged with competitive price points, ReadyMode is a no brainer.
I have dealt with MULTIPLE dialer, CRM, and even created my own with my skilled developers for over a year... Once I saw an affiliate using ReadyMode I was hooked from day 1. He didn't offer the ALL in one system, it sold itself! My high power dialing and unorthodox system has had GREAT success, the support team that has been dealing with me has been EXTREMELY helpful in our communication to get my workflow perfected! Working with support staff was a breeze he was very professional and precise with my questions and getting me the information I needed when I asked. The training that you go through is very in depth and the representatives made learning how to use this predictive dialer very easy.
Everything about this dialer system is very simple from set up and getting the leads in. To running up to the minute reports on your agents and leads. Customer service has been great. They are quick to return your call if you have to leave a voice mail or send an e-mail.

Super efficient platform that can dial a ridiculous amount of prospects. You can listen in on the agent's conversations, distribute leads/prospects. Pretty neat stuff
ReadyMode has been great to work with from the Sales Team to Support. The department that stands out the most is the tech Support where they handle API integrations. Tess by far might be one of their most valuable assets they have. If you get the opportunity to work with her she is a ROCKSTAR!!

I have used ReadyMode for 7 years. The customer service is 2nd to none. The performance of the system exceeds all the competition, and I have tested all of them. Downtime is practically nonexistant.
Big learning curve, not user friendly at first, but the features and interface are unmatched-best dialer that we have used. Only issue I have is the learning curve-it's difficult to teach new agents how to use the system.
