Yes, you must maintain at least 3 active Licenses to stay on a month-to-month billing arrangement. If you wish to maintain less than 3 active Licenses, a quarterly commitment is required.
When you order a new Phone Number (including when you replace an existing one), an activation fee is charged.Once the Phone Number is added to your account, you’ll be billed monthly for the number until it is released. There is no charge for releasing a number.
Notes: ¹Support Level: Standard Support: includes online help center, email support for technical issue troubleshooting. Unlimited Support: includes online help center, email and phone support. VIP Support: includes online help center, email and phone support, a dedicated Customer Success Manager and priority issue resolutions. ²For 10 seats or more, a Customer Success Manager will be included. ³Basic Integration is for integrations that can be implemented within one hour. Advanced Integration is for integrations that require more than one hour to implement. Integration requests are subject to Readymode’s evaluation on a case-by-case basis.
