Xencall just had a complete makeover. Moving forward, we will be known as Readymode! Here are some frequently asked questions about Xencall’s rebrand to Readymode.

What do I need to do to prepare for this change?

You will not need to do anything! Existing domain name, integrations, etc. will all remain the same. Business as usual for you.

Why did Xencall change its name to Readymode?

Simply put, the needs of business communication have evolved and we’re evolving with it. 

The Readymode name marks a new era for our company. The overwhelming adoption and success of our industry-leading software has significantly accelerated our growth and has brought us to an inflection point where we’re rapidly scaling the business. 

This new chapter in our history brings with it new staff, new opportunities, and new investments that will collectively help us achieve our mission of transforming the way businesses communicate with their customers. 

Why did you choose the name Readymode?

With our industry leading software, we help businesses stay in Readymode. This allows our customers to be in the best position possible to identify and capture leads that can drive sales conversions. 

As a Readymode customer, what can we expect from the company over the next year?

We’re going to leverage our recent $4M raise to attract and hire the best talent in the industry. As we continue to scale, assembling a diverse and highly skilled team will be critical to ensuring we continue developing industry leading solutions that revolutionize how organizations start sales conversations.  

In short, what’s changing?

  • The new brand comes with a new name, website, and logo
  • The rebrand comes at a time when the company is attracting new investment and talent to support its rapid growth
  • The way business is done is evolving, and Readymode represents our way of evolving with it

In short, what’s not changing?

  • Readymode will continue to offer the fastest dialer in the industry
  • Readymode customers will continue to experience the platform the same way as before
  • Readymode will continue to be guided by its core values of Engagement, Excellence, Empathy, and Empowerment.

Where will I log in to access the Readymode dialer?

To access Readymode, you can continue to navigate to your existing gateway’s URL. 

Will there be any changes to my service agreement?

No, everything will remain the same. Your current agreement including services and features, seat count, cost, etc. will all remain the same.

Which name will I see on my credit card charge or other form of payment?

Once the brand change has been implemented, you will see “Readymode Inc.” as the new name on your payment method.
